Arthur Kent Hall, 85, of Burlington , died at 1:05 PM Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at the West Point Care Center in West Point.
Born September 25, 1932, in Macomb, IL, he was the son of Harley Eugene and Aurora Dell Mason Hall.
Art was the operator of the Coach House Restaurant. He also taught Business at Southeastern Community College for 30 years.
He graduated from Macomb High School in Macomb, IL in 1950. He graduated from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL in 1964 with a Masters' of Science in Education.
Art served in the United States Navy from March 1952 until March 1960 during the Korean War.
Survivors include two sisters, Barbara Rohn and Jan Cole; six nephews, David, Thomas, Jim, Steve, Bill, and Shane; and five nieces, Lisa, Michelle, Carla, Kim and Lori.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and one brother, Mason.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory.
Celebration of Life Service will be from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM with military rights at 6:00 PM Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home.
A memorial has been established.
