Bill was of Catholic faith and was a member of Divine Mercy Parish - SS Mary and Patrick Catholic Church. He had a giving heart and a can-do attitude. This was best exemplified in his service to his community. Bill joined Knights of Columbus in 1975 and was considered a fixture within the organization, serving as a "past" officer (Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Treasurer and Trustee). He also volunteered for many years through his church, the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, mowing the Sixth Street Cemetery, and within several other community projects. Bill was devoted to his family. His greatest joy was attending his grandchildren's activities, going to family reunions, both small and large, and visiting with friends.
