Klint L. Ross, 59, of Burlington, died August 29, 2020, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
Born January 11, 1961, in Burlington, he was the son of Kenneth LeRoy and Evelyn Marie Smith Ross.
He worked as a baker for 16 years in donut shops and bakeries throughout Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, and Texas. He was the manager for KFC in Newton, IA and Long John Silvers in Burlington for three years, and worked for Catfish Bend Casino for six years, before becoming disabled.
He was a graduate of Burlington High School. He attended Southeastern Community College.
Survivors include two brothers, Kurt (Peggy) Ross of Wever, IA and Kent (Christi) Ross of Arlington, TX; step-mother, Sandra Ross of FL; two step-sisters, Traci Martin of North Liberty, IA, and Teresa Logdon of Lampasas, TX; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.
There will be a Memorial Visitation for Mr. Ross at a later date.
A memorial has been established.
